DESCRIPTION: In civil litigation there is more to consider than liability and damages. How those damages will be paid depend in so many cases on whether there is insurance to pay the damages, whether there is enough insurance, and whether there is a dispute about the insurance. This program provides an overview of the type of insurance typically encountered, the roadblocks that may be raised by an insurer, and effective strategies for overcoming them.
