ADR Services, Inc. Welcomes Laurie DeYoung, Esq. to Its Panel of Neutrals

ADR Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that Laurie DeYoung, Esq. has joined its panel of distinguished neutrals. Laurie brings more than 35 years of litigation experience and a highly regarded reputation for resolving complex employment and commercial disputes throughout California.

A seasoned labor and employment attorney, Laurie has spent decades representing employers, executives, insurers, and businesses in high-stakes matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, executive contracts, and other workplace-related conflicts. Throughout her career, she has helped resolve hundreds of disputes through negotiation, mediation, and strategic settlement efforts, earning the trust and respect of clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues alike.

Most recently, Laurie served as Of Counsel at Jackson Lewis P.C., where she managed a substantial employment litigation practice encompassing litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and pre-litigation disputes. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, she was a Senior Partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, where she led a labor and employment litigation team of more than 30 attorneys and oversaw the resolution of hundreds of employment matters. She also co-founded Davis DeYoung LLP, a boutique litigation firm focused on labor and employment, executive contract, and commercial disputes.

Laurie’s transition to mediation is the culmination of a career spent helping parties navigate difficult conflicts and achieve practical resolutions. Having participated in mediations as often as five times per week over a fifteen-year period, she developed a deep appreciation for the role of negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in dispute resolution. Her extensive experience allows her to assess risk realistically, identify obstacles to settlement, and guide parties toward durable solutions.

Known for her direct communication style, credibility, and pragmatic approach, Laurie brings particular strength in matters involving workplace disputes, executive employment issues, reputational concerns, sensitive personnel allegations, wage and hour claims, and other emotionally charged conflicts. Her background also includes experience handling coordinated clergy abuse litigation, public figure disputes, and other high-exposure matters.
