Woody Woodland, Esq. Joins ADR Services, Inc.
William O. “Woody” Woodland, Esq. is a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a California mediator who has spent more than 34 years helping clients navigate some of the most challenging civil disputes imaginable. A veteran California trial lawyer, Mr. Woodland has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, insurance, transportation, and other complex civil matters, giving him a uniquely balanced understanding of the legal, strategic, financial, and personal considerations that drive settlement.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Woodland has managed thousands of civil cases, tried numerous matters before juries, participated in hundreds of mediations as litigation counsel, and successfully resolved high-exposure disputes involving individuals, Fortune 500 companies, insurers, transportation companies, public entities, developers, and employers. He has extensive experience handling insurance bad faith claims, UM/UIM matters, trucking and rideshare cases, excess exposure litigation, and multi-party disputes.
