This program is intended to help practitioners understand Proposition 65 compliance obligations in the real estate context. Speakers will present recent changes in the Proposition 65 regulations that may affect property owners, as well as the nuanced issues that property owners/managers often face regarding practical implementation of Proposition 65. We will also address Proposition 65 requirements as applied to development and re-development scenarios, and contaminated sites. The program will include discussion amongst the presenters about the most challenging and interesting issues clients face, and how these issues are resolved. There will be time allocated for a participant Q&A session at the end of the program.
