Jacqueline J. Harding, Esq. Joins ADR Services, Inc.
ADR Services, Inc. is pleased to welcome Jacqueline J. Harding, Esq. to its panel of distinguished neutrals.
Ms. Harding joins ADR Services, Inc. as an employment mediator, bringing approximately 30 years of civil litigation and settlement experience handling complex workplace disputes. A longtime partner at Wilson Elser, where she practiced for more than two decades, she has extensive experience litigating, trying, evaluating, and resolving a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual assault, retaliation, hostile work environment, wrongful and constructive termination, whistleblower claims, wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters, employment contracts, Equal Pay Act claims, disability law, and FMLA, CFRA, and other leave-related disputes.
Known for her thoughtful, practical approach, Ms. Harding draws on decades of courtroom and counseling experience to help parties navigate challenging workplace conflicts. She approaches mediation with the perspective of a seasoned trial lawyer and the temperament of a problem solver, focusing on solutions that make practical sense for all parties and allow them to move forward.
Throughout her litigation career, Ms. Harding handled all phases of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including discovery, depositions, expert witness preparation, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. She also counseled employers on preventive strategies designed to minimize risk and resolve workplace issues before they escalated into litigation.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Harding has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to professional service and mentorship. She led Wilson Elser’s national pro bono program for seven years, coordinating attorneys across more than 30 offices in providing legal services to their communities. She has also mentored law students and young attorneys and was honored with the Outstanding Alumnus of the Year Award from the Southwestern Law School Black Student Association.
