What are some of your proudest recent achievements?
Over the past year, I’m most proud of how we’ve grown with discipline. We received more than 17,000 inquiries and achieved over 10% revenue growth while maintaining a 90–95% settlement rate. That reflects a deliberate focus on quality over volume. We also made significant investments in our physical offices. There’s an assumption that everything should move online, but I’ve always believed environment matters. We redesigned our Los Angeles offices and are doing the same in San Francisco to create spaces that support resolution, not just function. Finally, we continued to build our panel thoughtfully, adding 16 neutrals, including women and women of color, while maintaining a very high standard.
