David A. Patton, Esq. Joins ADR Services, Inc.

ADR Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that David A. Patton, Esq. has joined our panel of distinguished neutrals, serving as a Mediator and Temporary Judge (Judge Pro Tem) in family law matters.

A Certified Family Law Specialist with more than 35 years of legal experience, Mr. Patton is widely recognized as one of California’s leading family law practitioners. He co-founded and helped build one of Silicon Valley’s largest family law firms, where he handled complex matters involving high-net-worth divorce, business valuation disputes, executive compensation, child custody, support, and other financially and emotionally challenging family law issues. Throughout his career, he has been known for his practical judgment, settlement-focused approach, and ability to resolve difficult cases efficiently.

In addition to decades of litigation and trial experience, Mr. Patton has served as a private mediator, settlement officer, arbitrator, and Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. He has mediated well over one hundred matters and completed advanced mediation training at Harvard Law School, as well as the Mosten 40-Hour Family Law Mediation Training Program.
