Trial lawyer John Worden and mediator Mark LeHocky — co-chairs of BASF’s ADR/Arbitration Section – will discuss the nuts and bolts of how mediations and settlement conferences work, with particular emphasis on prepping clients and yourselves to improve everyone’s negotiating prospects.
